You can become a member by completing an online registration form. Go to our join page to apply.

Once submitted we will issue you with a temporary password. Once we have processed your application we will send you your personal Membership Number, together with a password enabling you to log onto our website. All business submitted on your temporary password ill be transfered to your official account

You can then access the CETA Portal for your quotations by going to www.ceta.co.uk/mortgage-brain/index.asp In order to access the quote system, you will need to put in your membership number and pin in these boxes. Once you have logged into the website, you have the whole CETA Quotation system at your fingertips!

We have a wide range of insurance products for you to sell. We have caterhorise them in to three major groups:

We have two versions of the quotation system available for your use. Both have access to our complete range of products.

Online Portal - This is is an internet based quotation system, the rates are always up to date and you can submit business as long as you are connected to the internet. You can use the portal from any computer that can access the internet and you do not have to install any software. You will simply need to remember your member number and password.

Offline system - This allows you to take the current rates with you out of the office on your own laptop or tablet PC. This means that you do not have to be connected to the internet to get a quote. If you use this system you will need to keep the rates up to date by downloading them from the internet. You will also need an internet connection in order to submit the business to us.

If you would like to use the offline system then simply let us know and we will send you a CD, or a USB Stick if you have no CD drive.

Once you have completed your quotation and filled in a proposal from, the case can be submitted to CETA as soon as the customer has decided to pay. There is no need to collect any payment from the customer as we can collect the premium either by Direct Debit or Credit Card.

Wherever possible you should encourage the use of Direct Debit as this has a number of advantages over other payment methods, including a far higher retention at renewal.

Commissions are paid electronically by BACS on or around 25th of each month and we will pay for all policies which have been completed (and paid) during the previous month.

The commission will get paid directly into your account so please make sure we have the up to date information.

Your individual statement that accompany the commission payments are located on the www.ceta.co.uk website. This requires you to log in using your unique membership number and pin.

Once logged in your commission statements are located under the Your Account section of the main menu, which is situated on the left hand side of the screen.
