CETA would like to introduce you to its latest mid-net-worth product, Fortis House Guard Prestige. This policy offers a higher level of household cover than is offered by the standard house guard product. This product is only available through insurance intermediaries such as CETA.

Fortis House Guard Prestige has increased the levels of cover that are included within the standard product, including raising the contents limit to £150,000 and buildings to £1 million. Worldwide personal possession cover is included within the House Guard Prestige product up to the sum of £5,000, as well as other additional highlights, including contents in storage, fine arts cover, parents or grandparents contents in a nursing home, student belongings up to £5,000, and hole in one golf cover.

Fortis House Guard Prestige offers you that bit more compared to standard insurance giving you the opportunity to sell insurance to a wider audience.

We would like to tell you about our new Rent guarantee product, underwritten by AXA insurance and now available on your quotation system.

The policy provides insurance against rent arrears by a tenant under a tenancy agreement, so in the event of them not paying their, the landlord will still be paid by the insurer.

When taking out the policy the landlord can choose the benefit period for rent cover of either 6 or 9 months.

Rent guarantee is an optional part of the Let Legal policy that is supplied with every landlords insurance policy.

Cover can be from as little as £44 per year making this excellent value for money and a must for any landlord to protect them from rent arrears.

Not only have we added the Rent Guarantee option, we have also improved the benefits under the Let Legal policy. Your clients will now be covered against professional fees incurred in respect of TAX, VAT, PAYE and NIC investigations.
